Eden Project

Eden Project

With over 1 million plants, and iconic architecture and art, the Eden Project is the ideal destination for school trips as well as visits by college and university students.

Over 50,000 pupils and students of all ages visit our 'living classroom' every year from across the UK and Europe.

Our education officers bring their wealth of experience in schools and environmental centres to create memorable learning experiences.

We inspire learning across a range of subjects, from geography, art and science (biodiversity, biology, botany, conservation, ecology, and horticulture) to architecture and sustainability.

We offer a range of workshops for pupils, from foundation through to key stage 4 and Tertiary education.

"Year 4 really enjoyed the Rainforest Rangers workshop and their afternoon romp around the Biomes. We gathered lots of useful ideas to continue the themes we discussed, when we get back in the classroom. Cannot recommend this place highly enough".

Location: South West

Special Feature : Somerset
Let us take a special look at the ancient county of Somerset, with its bustling market towns, vibrant maritime coastline, and above all its nationally important historical monuments and treasures. We also find a couple more venues perfect for school trips that cover other areas of the curriculum.
